Vinyasa – this Sanskrit word can be translated as “arranging something in a special way”. In the practice, we will coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the other.
The class is suitable for all levels. If you have any chronic pain, or other medical condition, yoga therapy may be a better choice for you
We will use yoga postures, yogic breathing exercises, meditation, and or mindfulness to improve your mental and physical health.

Prenatal yoga is a great way to prepare for childbirth and keep you relax during pregnancy.
Practicing prenatal yoga can improve quality of sleep, reduce stress and anxiety ; increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth ; decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.
